The service
MyReachCard lets creators publish a media-kit card at a public URL and lets brand accounts discover creators, request media kits, and propose collaborations. We provide the platform for these interactions — we are not a party to any deal, contract, or payment between a creator and a brand.
Accounts
You must provide accurate information when signing up. New accounts are reviewed by hand and may be approved or declined at our discretion. You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping your password secure.
Accurate information
Creators are responsible for the accuracy of the stats, rates, demographics, and partnership history on their card. Misrepresenting your audience or history — or signing up as a brand you do not represent — is grounds for immediate account termination.
Deals between creators and brands
Kit requests, deal proposals, and open campaigns are introductions, not contracts. Terms, deliverables, payment, and disputes are strictly between the creator and the brand. When both parties accept a collaboration agreement on the platform, we record that acknowledgment with a timestamp for each side — it represents each party’s commitment to the other, but MyReachCard is not a party to it and does not enforce it. A “Verified” label on a partnership means the collaboration was confirmed by both sides through MyReachCard — it is not a guarantee of quality or payment.
Subscriptions and billing
Paid plans bill monthly or yearly through Stripe and renew automatically until cancelled. You can cancel any time from Settings; your plan stays active until the end of the paid period. Fees already paid are non-refundable except where required by law.
Acceptable use
No spam, scraping, impersonation, harassment, or attempts to circumvent plan limits or account review. We may suspend or terminate accounts that abuse the platform or other members.
Content and license
You own the content you put on your card. You grant us a license to host and display it as needed to operate the service — including showing your published card to anyone with its URL and, if you opt in, in brand search results.
Termination
You may delete your account at any time from Settings. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. On deletion, your card is unpublished immediately and your data is permanently removed within 30 days.
Disclaimers
The service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim related to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.
Changes
We may update these terms as the product evolves. If a change is material, we will notify account holders by email before it takes effect. Continued use after notice means you accept the updated terms.
